Once we try to log-in your account with the details you have provided, you will be receiving an email by blizzard with a link to renew or reset your password. Change or unlock your password and immidiately close your battle.net account page. Bnet launcher or any active programs must be closed during reset process. Please do not try logging yourself before we succesfully log.ely

If you need to log-in your account during the service hours, we strongly recommend asking it before doing. Any interruptions during progress will delay our schedule therefore your service will be delayed. If we are not answering immidiately, please create a trial account and check your character’s status in-game
Can i log during the service?
How can i check my service status?
You can simply check your order status on our website www.rbgboost.net or by creating trial account in game and also by our skype support.
If you have questions about estimated delivery of your order, you can easily find it on product descriptions. Continuous pressure on support for will not help your order any faster.
We can provide streaming but as you are aware, Twitch.tv has removed private streaming, therefore you can be viewed by anyone. We strongly recommend keeping your carries secret. But you can always ask for a stream if you are willing to share your privacy.
Do you provide private streaming?
We provide refunds if we can’t complete your services or in case of a faulty action by our company.
If you have a scheduled raid, you need to let us know 48 hours earlier for being able to given a refund.
Last minute refunds won't take place if the raid is scheduled and less than 48 hours remain.
Can i have refund?
The answer is %99 no. We have alot of clients and payment sequence plays key role on our list in order to provide healthy and fair system. So if there are customers who paid for the same service before you did, you will have to wait until we are finished with those orders. Estimated deliveries can be found on product desriptions.

Yes. You can switch your service if the paid service has not started yet.
